The diamonds used in SHAIN’s bracelets are of TW VSI (Top Wesselton, very small inclusions) quality, this is one of the best possible quality diamonds available.

The diamonds were purchased from legitimate sources not involved in conflict financing and in accordance with United Nations resolutions. We can hereby guarantee that these diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or  written guarantees from the supplier of these diamonds. The diamonds used are exclusively of natural origin and untreated based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees from the supplier of these diamonds.

The base of the bracelet plate and the lock is 1st grade 925 silver, the most commonly used type of silver for high-quality jewelry.

With the white gold bracelets, silver is rhodium plated, a fine layer of rhodium is applied so that the metal is protected against oxidation.

A gold-colored bracelet is 925 silver from base, a layer of 14 carat gold is placed over it. The layer thickness is about 5 microns.

The sides of the bracelet are polished and the surface is sandblasted.

The strap of the bracelet is made of leather and the lock is magnetic. Due to the use of magnets in the closure, a slight radiation is possible, so again be careful with pacemakers.

Because we strive for the fastest possible delivery and each piece of jewelry is handmade, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

4 Hours after placing your order, it will be put into production. Because every piece of jewelry is handmade, it is not possible to adjust this after 4 hours.

The bracelets come with a 6-month warranty, which includes:

If in stock, we aim to manually process and ship your products within 1 week. After shipment you will receive a track and trace code so that you can track your order. The shipping time within Europe’s 2 to 3 working days.

Unfortunately it is not possible to return your jewelry, all our jewelry is handmade for you.
