When it is extremely hot outside, it could be fun to go to a waterpark with your family. 40 minutes from the apartments, you will find Waterpark AquaMijas. This is not the biggest waterpark in Costa Del Sol, but that is one of the reasons why it is suitable for a young family. At the waterpark you will find 5 slides, but there are also jacuzzis available. Besides the water activities, you can also play a round of miniature golf or climb up the climbing wall.
It is possible to buy your food and drinks at the location, but you may also bring your own food and drinks to have a picknick at the beautiful park.
Bioparc is a lovely zoo with rescue animals, 40 minutes from the apartments. The staff ensures animal welfare by recreating their habitat inside the zoo. It takes about 2 hours to walk through the entire zoo, which is ideal for young kids. Besides the lovely animals, they also give different types of shows and tours. Because of the shows and tours you can enjoy the animals a bit longer, besides it is also very educational.
Avontura Amazonia is the biggest adventure park in Andalusia and one of the biggest in all the Costa del Sol. They have different types of high ropes courses with different difficulties for all ages. there are as many as 103 challenges, 6 courses and 24 zip lines! A total of 2000 meter.
The adventure park is a 30 minute drive from the New Golden Mile. It is definitely worth a try!

5 minutes from the apartment, you will find yourself in the world of the animals. Selwo Adventura is an animal park with a lot of wildlife. From monkeys to lions and from bird to elephants. Go with the safari bus and feed the animals or visit one of the shows. There is also a possibility to book a guide and be shown around the cages of the animals. A beautiful park for all ages.
